Translation of the fourth set of guiding cases of the Supreme People's Court available
北大法宝已于近日完成对最高人民法院第四批指导性案例的翻译工作。该批指导性案例共4篇，其中刑事案例和民事案例各2篇。2篇刑事案例所涉及的问题包括对非法买卖毒害性物质行为的认定以及对未成年被告人适用禁止令问题，而2篇民事案例则涉及关联公司人格混同时对外债务的承担以及海事赔偿责任限制基金的设立等问题。
Chinalawinfo has recently completed the translation of the fourth set of guiding cases of the Supreme People’s Court. This set of guiding cases contains four cases, two of which are criminal cases and the other are civil cases. Issues involved in the criminal cases include the determination of illegal trading and storage of hazardous substances and the application of injunction to juvenile defendants. Issues raised in the civil cases include the bearing of external debt when the personality confusion of affiliated companies is constituted and the establishment of the fund for limitation of liability for maritime claims.
