最高人民法院第六批指导性案例翻译工作完成
Translation of the sixth set of guiding cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court available
北大法宝已于近日完成对最高人民法院第六批指导性案例的翻译工作。该批指导性案例共4篇，其中民事纠纷3篇、行政纠纷1篇。3篇民事纠纷涉及食品安全、交通事故以及保险人的代为求偿权等问题，而另1篇行政纠纷则涉及政府信息公开问题。
Chinalawinfo has recently completed the translation of the sixth set of guiding cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court. This set of guiding cases contains four cases, three of which are civil cases and the other is an administrative case. Issues involved in the civil cases include the food safety, traffic accident and a insurer's subrogation right. The Issue raised in the administrative case is related to the government information openning.
