Translation of the seventh set of guidingcases from the People’s Supreme Court now available
北大法宝已完成对最高人民法院第七批指导性案例的翻译工作。该批指导性案例共5篇，涉及利用信息网络犯罪、拒不支付劳动报酬罪、擅自使用他人企业名称纠纷、商标侵权以及船舶碰撞损害赔偿等刑民事审判实务问题。
Chinalawinfo has completed the translationof the seventh set of guiding cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court. Theseventh set includes five civil and criminal cases covering such issues ascrimes committed through the use of information network, the crime of refusalto pay labor remuneration, the dispute over the use of other enterprise's namewithout authorization, the trademark infringement dispute and the dispute overthe claim for damages arising from collisions of vessels.
