The General Office of the State Council recently issued the Notice on Issuing Two Provisions on Transforming For-Profit Cultural Public Institutions into Enterprises during Cultural System Reform and Further Supporting the Development of Cultural Enterprises. The Notice includes two provisions, mainly involving supporting policies in terms of fiscal taxation, investment and financing, asset management, land disposal, income distribution, social security, personnel resettlement and business administration.
