The Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security recently issued the Opinions on Several Issues concerning Regulating the Use of Drug Names.
The Opinions provide for the use of drug names in an opinion on commencing prosecution, an indictment, a criminal judgment or a criminal ruling in a drug-related case, and set forth specific requirements for referencing certain types of drugs.
