The third revision to the Copyright Law, which seeks to remedy shortcomings in the legal system regarding protection of information networks, is to be submitted to the National People's Congress.
The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council had previously released the Copyright Law (Review Version of Revised Draft) to solicit public comment.
