To ensure correct application of the Insurance Law in the trial work by people's courts and to unify the standards for judgment, recently the Supreme People's Court released the Judicial Interpretations on Several Issues concerning the Application of the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China (III) (Draft for Comment) to solicit public comments.
The Draft interpreted the life insurance part under the Insurance contract Chapters of the Insurance Law.
