The State Council recently issued the Opinions on Supporting the Healthy Development of Small and Micro Enterprises, which provide for ten policies and measures in such aspects as funding, fiscal and taxation preferences, incubating base construction and promoting enterprise information connection to support the healthy development of small and micro enterprises (including individual businesses).
