The State Council recently issued the Several Opinions on improving Works in Import/Export Ports to Support the Foreign Trade Development.
The Opinions put forward five policy measures for the above-mentioned work, which include optimizing port services to facilitate the steady growth of foreign trade; enhancing the port construction to prompt the transformation and upgrade of foreign trade; deepening cooperation between ports to improve the environment for foreign trade development; extending the port opening up to raise the opening-up level; and strengthening the ports infrastructure to boost their capability of serving the economic and social development.
