The State Council recently released the Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the Internet Plus Action.
The Opinions specify the development target of “Internet Plus” in the following three and ten years and provides eleven key actions including intelligent energy, convenient transportation, inclusive finance, collaborative manufacturing, as well as green ecology.
