The Supreme People's Court (SPC) recently issued the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting the High Consumption by Person Subject to Judgment Enforcement.
The Provisions specify the scope of people subjects to the consumption restriction measures, factors to be taken into account when taking such measures and the consumption items under the measures. In addition, the Provisions provide for issues such as implementation methods of the measures, allocation of implementation expenses, exceptions and conditions under which the measures can be lifted.
