To achieve the overall targets of deepening the reform of fiscal and taxation system and implementing an open and transparent budget system, the Ministry of Finance recently issued the Notice on Government Procurement Information Disclosure Efforts.
The Notice requires to ensure that the procurement information released by governments at all levels is timely, complete and accurate and to achieve whole process openness and transparence. When releasing information of the local procurement project with the budget above 5 million yuan, all local webpages of the Chinese Government Procurement website shall at the same time push to the central main pages for issuance through the data interface. In addition, records of illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement shall be released on the main pages of the Chinese Government Procurement website.
