A set of new regulations will come into force as of September 1st. Issues addressed by these regulations include the real-name access of mobile phone users into mobile networks, the advertising endorsements by minors, the public supervision over the performance of duty by environmental protection authorities, the regulation on the over-the-counter securities operations, the guarantee liability of P2P online loan platforms as well as the undertaking of posts in social organizations by military personnel.
