| In order to further specify issues concerning the jurisdiction of intellectual property courts over cases, accept cases regarding intellectual property rights in a timely manner according to the law, and safeguard the litigation rights of the parties, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Establishing Intellectual Property Courts in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Jurisdiction of the Intellectual Property Courts of Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, and other relevant provisions and in light of the trial practice, you are hereby notified of the relevant issues as follows: | | 为进一步明确知识产权法院案件管辖等有关问题，依法及时受理知识产权案件，保障当事人诉讼权利，根据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》、《中华人民共和国行政诉讼法》、《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于在北京、上海、广州设立知识产权法院的决定》、《最高人民法院关于北京、上海、广州知识产权法院案件管辖的规定》等规定，结合审判实际，现就有关问题通知如下： |
