| | 2009年7月至11月，被告人韦开源以广州市沪穗生物药业有限公司的名义，将从他人处购买的批号为20090726等多个批次的假“人用狂犬疫苗”销售给广西壮族自治区来宾市北五乡卫生院、红河卫生院夏至分院、正龙乡卫生院、高安乡卫生院、五山乡卫生院，共计一百余人份。2009年10月21日下午，被害人叶建华（殁年6岁）被狗咬伤，其父叶显幹用肥皂水冲洗伤口后即将其送到来宾市兴宾区正龙乡卫生院治疗。该院于当日至12月3日按正规程序为叶建华接种了韦开源销售给卫生院的批号为20090726的假“人用狂犬疫苗”。后叶建华出现异常反应，于12月9日送南宁市第四人民医院抢救无效死亡。该医院诊断死亡原因为狂犬病。经查，2009年8月至12月，被告人杨彬（取保候审期间逃跑，中止审理）从陈彬（另案处理）处购买假“人用狂犬疫苗”，加价后卖给被告人张达志。张达志加价后转卖给被告人何子瑞，何子瑞加价后转卖给被告人陈鲜柔、余宗区、蒙梦和其他人。陈鲜柔将假“人用狂犬疫苗”转卖给韦开源，余宗区将假“人用狂犬疫苗”转卖给他人，蒙梦将假“人用狂犬疫苗”转卖给被告人黄光恩，黄光恩转卖给他人。 |
