1. Basic facts (一)基本案情
From April to June 2017, defendant Wang deceived victims Zhao (female, 10 years of age), Qian (female, 12 years of age), and Li (female, 12 years of age) into naked video chatting with him through QQ, in the name of a video auction as needed for the recruitment of child stars by a company. 2017年4月至6月间,被告人王某利用网上QQ聊天软件,以某公司招收童星需视频考核为名,先后诱骗被害人赵某某(女,10岁)、钱某某(女,12岁)、李某某(女,12岁)与其视频裸聊。
2. Adjudication (二)裁判结果
The people's court held upon trial that defendant Wang molested children by means of naked video chat and was guilty of child molestation. Wang molested children and should be punished severely according to the law. After he was arrested, Wang faithfully confessed to the facts of the crime and might be punished lightly according to the law. According to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law, defendant Wang was convicted of child molestation and sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of one year and ten months. 人民法院经审理认为,被告人王某以视频裸聊方式猥亵儿童,其行为已构成猥亵儿童罪。王某猥亵儿童,依法应从重处罚。王某被抓获后能如实供述犯罪事实,依法可从轻处罚。依据刑法有关规定,判决被告人王某犯猥亵儿童罪,判处有期徒刑一年十个月。
