各会员单位：

为落实全国证券期货监管工作会议精神，进一步精简备案报送事项，改进行业自律管理工作，协会对现有备案报送事项进行了全面清理。经2014年9月24日协会第五届常务理事会第二十五次会议审议通过，现决定取消第一批共9件备案报送事项（见附件），相关自律规则具体条款涉及的备案报送要求，自本通知发布之日起停止执行。请各会员单位按照通知要求，做好后续衔接工作。
