省工商局《关于在中国（广东）自由贸易试验区开展“一照三号”改革试点的请示》（粤工商〔2015〕4号）收悉。为贯彻落实《国务院关于促进市场公平竞争维护市场正常秩序的若干意见》（国发〔2014〕20号）、《国务院关于同意设立中国（广东）自由贸易试验区的批复》（国函〔2014〕176号），发挥中国（广东）自由贸易试验区（以下简称广东自贸试验区）先行先试的带动示范效应，进一步深化商事制度改革，现就广东自贸试验区试行“一照三号”登记制度改革有关事项批复如下：
