上海证券交易所关于投资者开立多个证券账户进行证券交易有关事项的通知

各市场参与人：

为规范投资者开立多个证券账户进行证券交易（以下简称 “一人多户”），维护市场秩序，保护投资者合法权益，上海证券交易所（以下简称“本所”）就一人多户涉及的相关交易及监管安排通知如下：

　　一、投资者开立多个证券账户，应当遵守本所市场指定交易制度，事先指定本所市场交易参与人作为其买卖证券的受托人，通过交易参与人参与本所市场的证券买卖。一个证券账户只能指定一个交易参与人。

投资者在同一交易参与人处指定交易多个证券账户的，相关证券账户应当与其开立的资金账户匹配。

　　二、新股上市初期，投资者申报买入（卖出）的新股数量以及申报次数，按照该投资者以本人名义开立的证券账户合并计算，本所据此对相关异常交易行为予以重点监控。

　　三、投资者以本人名义开立的所有证券账户与融资融券信用证券账户单日通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易累计买入的单只风险警示股票，数量合计不得超过50万股。
