| The CSI 300 Index fell 7% or more from its previous trading day's close for the first time on 9:58 a.m. today. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trading Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (“SSE”), the SSE has decided to implement an index-based circuit breaker from 9:58 a.m. on January 7, 2016, as a result of which trading will not resume on the day. | | 沪深300指数今日09时58分较前一交易日收盘首次下跌达到或超过7%。根据《上海证券交易所交易规则》的有关规定，本所决定，自2016年01月07日09时58分开始实施指数熔断，当日不再恢复交易。 |
