| Recently, the World Customs Organization (“WCO”) announced a group of decisions on commodity classification. In accordance with the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System to which China is a signatory party, the Chinese Customs has translated and examined the decisions of the WCO on commodity classification. For the purpose of facilitating the proper determination of the commodity classification of imported and exported goods by the consignees, consignors, importers, and exporters as well as their agents, some decisions of the WCO on commodity classification (see Annexes for details) are hereby announced in consideration of the actual circumstances of the Customs of China. | | 近期，世界海关组织公布了一批商品归类决定。根据我国缔结的《商品名称及编码协调制度公约》，中国海关组织对世界海关组织商品归类决定进行了翻译、审查。为便于进出口货物的收发货人、经营单位及其代理人正确确定进出口货物的商品归类，结合中国海关归类实际，现将部分世界海关组织商品归类决定（详见附件）予以公布。 |
