| On December 1, 2015, the Ministry of Commerce released the Announcement No.60 of 2015, deciding to take anti-dumping measures against imports of methyl methacrylate originating in Singapore, Thailand and Japan for 5 years commencing from December 1, 2015. | | 2015年12月1日，商务部发布2015年第60号公告，决定对原产于新加坡、泰国和日本的进口甲基丙烯酸甲酯实施反倾销措施，实施期限自2015年12月1日起5年。 |
| On December 30, 2016, Jilin Petrochemical Branch of PetroChina Company Limited, Heilongjiang Zhongmeng Longxin Chemical Co., Ltd., Shandong Hongxu Chemical Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (the “Applicants”) made an application to the Ministry of Commerce, claiming that after validation of anti-dumping measures, imports of methyl methacrylate originating in Singapore and Thailand as well as Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd., Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation and Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. of Japan were more seriously dumped to China, exceeding the anti-dumping duty rate determined in the final judge, and requiring the midterm review of the dumping and dumping margin for the anti-dumping measures applicable to the imports of methyl methacrylate. | | 2016年12月30日，中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林石化分公司、黑龙江中盟龙新化工有限公司、山东宏旭化学股份有限公司和江苏斯尔邦石化有限公司向商务部提出申请，主张反倾销措施生效后原产于新加坡、泰国的进口甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及原产于日本三菱丽阳株式会社、日本旭化成化学株式会社和日本住友化学株式会社的进口甲基丙烯酸甲酯对中国出口倾销幅度加大，超过终裁确定的反倾销税税率，要求对其适用的反倾销措施进行倾销及倾销幅度期中复审。 |
