| In order to comprehensively strengthen the quality supervision of imported and exported commodities and maintain national interests and the lawful rights and interests of consumers, in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities and the Regulation for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China has decided to organize all local inspection and quarantine institutions to conduct spot check on imported and exported commodities other than those that must be subject to the inspection of the inspection and quarantine institutions from April 2017. | | 为全面加强进出口商品质量监管，维护国家利益和消费者合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》和《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法实施条例》，中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局决定自2017年4月起组织各地检验检疫机构对必须经检验检疫机构检验的进出口商品以外的进出口商品实施抽查检验。 |
