| Announcement No.26 [2017] of the Ministry of Commerce — Announcement on the Application of Safeguard Measures against Imported Sugar | | 关于对进口食糖采取保障措施的公告 |
| In accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Safeguard Measures (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations on Safeguard Measures), the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Investigation Authority) released Announcement No. 46 [2016] of the Ministry of Commerce on September 22, 2016, deciding to conduct a safeguard measure investigation into the imported sugar product (hereinafter referred to as the Investigated Product). | | 根据《中华人民共和国保障措施条例》（以下称《保障措施条例》）的规定，2016年9月22日，商务部（以下称调查机关）发布2016年第46号公告，决定对进口食糖产品（以下称被调查产品）进行保障措施立案调查。 |
| The Investigation Authority has investigated whether the quantity of the imported Investigated Product has increased, whether the increase has caused any damage to the domestic industry and the extent of the damage (if any), the causal relationship between the increase in the quantity of the imported product and the damage. | | 调查机关对被调查产品进口数量是否增加、是否对国内产业造成损害及损害程度，以及进口数量增加与损害之间的因果关系进行了调查。 |
| Now the investigation into the case is over. In accordance with Article 20 of the Regulations on Safeguard Measures, the Investigation Authority has made a ruling (See Appendix 1). Now the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 现本案调查结束，根据《保障措施条例》第二十条规定，调查机关作出裁定（见附件1）。现就有关事项公告如下： |
