| For the purpose of implementing the State Council's requirements for reviewing and regulating administrative approval items involving intermediary services, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission hereby decides to amend certain clauses of four sets of rules including the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Foreign-Funded Insurance Companies. | | 为贯彻落实国务院关于清理规范行政审批中介服务事项的要求，中国保险监督管理委员会决定对《中华人民共和国外资保险公司管理条例实施细则》等四部规章的部分条款予以修改。 |
