| I. The Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China is amended as follows: | | 一、对《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》作出修改 |
| (1) Paragraph 2 of Article 2 is deleted. | | （一）删去第二条第二款。 |
| (2) Article 27 is deleted. | | （二）删去第二十七条。 |
| II. The Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection is amended as follows: | | 二、对《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》作出修改 |
| (1) In Article 11, “The Customs shall check and release commodities on the basis of customs clearance certificates issued by commodities inspection authorities” is deleted. | | （一）删去第十一条中的“海关凭商检机构签发的货物通关证明验放”。 |
| (2) Paragraph 2 of Article 15 is deleted. | | （二）删去第十五条第二款。 |
