The local people's courts at all levels, military courts at all levels, railway transportation intermediate courts and grassroots courts, and maritime courts; and the courts of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps at all levels:
The Provisions on “Five Prohibits” and the Punishment Measures for Violations against the Provisions on “Five Prohibits” of the Supreme People's Court, which have been deliberated and adopted by the Party Leadership Group of the Supreme People's Court, are hereby issued to you for your earnest implementation.

I. It is prohibited to accept the treats and gifts given by parties concerned to cases and other related parties.
| | 一、严禁接受案件当事人及相关人员的请客送礼；

II. It is prohibited to have unlawful contact with lawyers in violation of provisions.
