Notice of the Housing Fund Management Center of the Central Government on Simplifying the Procedure to Draw Money from the Housing Fund
（Guojiajiguanfangzizi[2000] No. 09, effective on October 1, 2000）
All units of the Central Government:
In accordance with the Regulation of Housing Fund Management (Order No. 262, the State Council), the Housing Fund Management Center of the Central Government, for purpose of providing convenience to all civil servants and other staff working in the government and securing Fund using and upon obtaining agreement of the Branch Office of the Construction Bank of China in Beijing, decides to streamline the procedure for work units to draw money from the Housing Fund.

中央国家机关各部门、各单位：
根据《住房公积金管理条例》（国务院令第２６２号）的规定，中央国家机关住房资金管理中心本着方便广大职工、保障资金安全、确保专项使用的原则，结合住房公积金归集管理的实际情况，经商建设银行北京市分行，决定简化单位办理职工住房公积金支取的有关凭单和证明材料，改变住房公积金的支取划转方式，现将有关事项通知如下：

1.Fewer drawing certificates required. A work unit that has for once more than five staff members planning to draw money from the Housing Fund can submit one application (four copies) and fill in the detailed table for drawing Housing Fund (four copies) stamped by its Finance Department.
| | 一、简化支取凭单。单位一次支取住房公积金的职工在５人以上的，经办人员可汇总填写《住房公积金支取申请书》一份（一式四联），并附《住房公积金支取申请书明细表》一式四份（见附表），加盖单位财务章办理支取。

2.Fewer supporting materials required.
| | 二、简化证明材料。

(1)When a staff member plans to purchase public-owned houses (including houses built with collectively-pooled capital), in order to draw money from the Housing Fund, he may provide as supporting materials copies of the payment receipt or the purchase contract; or the housing department of his work unit may provide a standard house purchase certificate specifying all the purchasers and with official stamps and the signature of the person in charge. In case of lump-sum payment, he may draw only once from the Housing Fund within one year after the payment. In case of payment by installment or by loan, he may draw from the Housing Fund once every year in the term of installment or loan.
．．．．．． | | １．职工因购买公有住房（含集资房支取住房公积金）时，可由本人提供购房款收据或购房合同复印件，也可由售房单位房管部门统一出具购买公房证明（附购房职工名单，须有经办人签字和房管部门章）办理支取。一次付清房价款的在付款日以后一年内只能支取一次。分期付款与贷款的职工付（还）款期内每年可支取一次。
