According to the relevant provisions of the Regulation on the Mandatory Liability Insurance for Traffic Accidents of Motor Vehicles and based on a comprehensive analysis of opinions solicited from all parties concerned, China Insurance Regulatory Commission, in conjunction with the relevant authorities, has formulated a scheme on adjusting the liability limits for the mandatory liability insurance for traffic accidents of motor vehicles (“MLI”). The new scheme is as follows:
