根据《保险公司股票资产托管指引（试行）》，现就在华外资银行从事保险公司股票资产托管业务市场准入程序公告如下：
自本公告之日起，申请从事保险公司股票资产托管业务的外资银行，可根据《中华人民共和国外资金融机构管理条例》和《中华人民共和国外资金融机构管理条例实施细则》的有关规定，向所在地银监会派出机构备案。备案时应提交下列资料：
