Your request for instructions on the establishment of Hainan Yangpu Bonded Port Area has been received, and our official reply is as follows:

你们关于设立海南洋浦保税港区的请示收悉。现批复如下：

I. The establishment of Hainan Yangpu Bonded Port Area with a planned area of 9.2063 square kilometers is hereby approved. Its metes and bonds: east to the Yuanqu Road, west to the Ganchong District section of Beibu Bay coastline and Gongye Avenue, south to the Yangpu Bay coastline, and north to the Yangpu Sanlu (specifically as controlled by the boundary coordinates and please see Annex for details).
| | 一、同意在海南洋浦经济开发区内设立海南洋浦保税港区，规划面积9.2063平方公里。四至范围是：东至园区路，西至北部湾岸线干冲区段及工业大道，南至洋浦湾岸线，北至洋浦三路（具体以界址点坐标控制，详见附件）。

II. The relevant provisions of the Official Reply of the State Council on Approving the Establishment of Yangshan Bonded Port Area (No. 54 [2005] of the State Council) shall apply to Hainan Yangpu Bonded Port area on its functions and tax and foreign exchange policies.
