The Arbitration Commission of Shanghai Municipality,
Your Request for Instructions on the Proposal of Fee Charge for Handling Arbitration Cases (No. 24 [2005] of the Arbitration Commission of Shanghai Municipality) has been received. In order to regulate the administration of fee charge and according to the provisions of the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Issuing the Measures of the Arbitration Commission for Arbitration Charge (No. 44 [1995] of the General Office of the State Council), we hereby reply by letter the relevant issues as follows:

你委《关于仲裁案件处理费立项的请示》（沪仲报字〔2005〕第24号）收悉。为了规范收费管理，根据《国务院办公厅关于印发〈仲裁委员会仲裁收费办法〉的通知》（国办发〔1995〕44号）的规定，就相关问题函复如下：
