Administrative Measures for the Proclamation of Document of Judgement by the Supreme People's Court
(No.4 (2000) issued by the Legal Office)
For the further development of ways of trial reform and safeguarding the impartiality of justice, the Supreme People's Court has decided to selectively proclaim documents of judgement to the public from this year. This Measures for the proclamation are hereby formulated as follows:

I. The proclaimed document of judgement refers to the court verdict and order made during the trial of a case by every judicial tribunal of this court.
