On 18 Sept. 2021, Tongzhou Primary People's Court, Beijing held the unveiling ceremony of the One-stop Diversified Dispute Resolution Center of Universal Beijing Resort and published the “Work Program for the One-stop Diversified Dispute Resolution Center of Universal Beijing Resort”.
This Center mainly provides convenient and standardized “one-stop” judicial services such as legal risk assessment, provision of judicial suggestions, pre-litigation mediation, judicial confirmation, case filing registration, receipt and transfer of materials, query and consultation, and liaison with judges for disputes over compensation for personal injury and property damage between tourists, contract disputes between tourists and the relevant business, company or enterprise (s) as well as other disputes occurring within the resort area and suitable for the handling by the Center. The Center is planned to gradually realize the whole process online litigation services.
