| In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, for the purposes of safeguarding national security and interests and fulfilling international obligations such as non-proliferation, it is decided to conduct export control of the following items with the approval of the State Council. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 根據《中華人民共和國出口管制法》《中華人民共和國對外貿易法》《中華人民共和國海關法》有關規定，為維護國家安全和利益、履行防擴散等國際義務，經國務院批准，決定對下列物項實施出口管制。現將有關事項公告如下： |
| I. Items with the following properties shall not be exported without permission: | | 一、滿足以下特性的物項，未經許可，不得出口： |
| 1. Antimony-related items | | （一）銻相關物項。 |
| (1) Antimony ores and raw materials, including but not limited to those in the form of blocks, granules, powder, crystals, and the like. (H.S. codes for reference: 2617101000, 2617109001, 2617109090, and 2830902000) | | 1.銻礦及原料，包括但不限于塊、顆粒、粉末、結晶體等形態。（參考海關商品編號：2617101000、2617109001、2617109090、2830902000） |
| (2) Metallic antimony and its products, including but not limited to those in the form of ingots, blocks, beads, granules, powders, and the like. | (6) Indium antimonide, having all of the following characteristics: monocrystals with a dislocation density of less than 50 dislocations per square centimeter, and polycrystals with a purity greater than 99.99999%, including but not limited to in the form of ingots (rods), blocks, flakes, targets, granules, powders, scraps, and the like.
