Recently, some people's courts or parties inquired this Court whether the parties concerned could apply for executing the temporary arbitral awards made in the Hong Kong Special Administration Region and the arbitral awards made by the Arbitration Tribunal of the International Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong in the Mainland in accordance with the Arrangements of the Supreme People's Court on the Mutual Enforcement of Arbitral Awards between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as the Arrangements). In order to ensure that the people's courts correctly apply the Arrangements and unify the standards of law enforcement in the handling such cases, we hereby notify relevant issues as follows:
