| With the approval of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the National Immigration Administration (NIA) has decided to further expand the implementation of the 144-hour visa-free transit policy. It is hereby announced as follows: | | 经报国务院批准，国家移民管理局决定进一步扩大实施144小时过境免签政策，现公告如下： |
| Effective July 15, 2024, the 144-hour visa-free transit policy will be implemented at the airport in Zhengzhou in Henan Province. The permitted stay area for foreign nationals entering China through this airport is the administrative region of Henan Province. Eight additional permitted stay areas (including cities and autonomous prefectures) for foreign nationals entering Yunnan Province under the 144-hour visa-free transit policy are also designated in addition to Kunming, namely Lijiang, Yuxi, Pu'er, Chuxiong, Dali, Xishuangbanna, Honghe and Wenshan. This time, three exit-entry ports, namely Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport in Henan Province, and Lijiang Sanyi International Airport and the exit-entry port of Mohan Railway Station in Yunnan Province, are designated to implement the 144-hour visa-free transit policy. | | 自公告之日起，在河南郑州航空口岸实施144小时过境免签政策，停留区域为河南省行政区域；将云南省144小时过境免签政策停留范围由昆明市扩大至昆明、丽江、玉溪、普洱、楚雄、大理、西双版纳、红河、文山等9个市（州）行政区域。新增郑州新郑国际机场、丽江三义国际机场和磨憨铁路口岸等3个口岸为144小时过境免签政策适用口岸。 |
