| For the purposes of promoting the better integration of lawyers who are Taiwan residents into national development, the scope of civil cases involving Taiwan in which Taiwan residents who have obtained mainland legal professional qualifications and mainland lawyer practice certificates may act as representatives in mainland people's courts, determined based on the benchmark causes of action, namely the third-level causes of action, in the Provisions on the Causes of Action for Civil Cases amended by the Supreme People's Court on December 29, 2020, subject to any changes to the Provisions, is hereby announced as follows, in accordance with Article 3 of the Ministry of Justice's Measures for the Administration of Taiwan Residents Holding the Legal Profession Qualification of the Mainland and Engaging in Legal Practice in the Mainland: | | 为促进台湾居民律师更好融入国家发展大局，根据司法部《取得国家法律职业资格的台湾居民在大陆从事律师职业管理办法》第三条的规定，现将取得大陆法律职业资格并获得大陆律师执业证书的台湾居民可以在大陆人民法院代理的涉台民事案件的范围（依据最高人民法院2020年12月29日修改的《民事案件案由规定》中的基准案由即第三级案由确定。如案由规定有变动，则依新规定执行）公告如下： |
