| For the purposes of promoting the better integration of lawyers who are Hong Kong and Macao residents into national development, the scope of civil cases involving Hong Kong and Macao in which Hong Kong and Macao residents who have obtained mainland legal professional qualifications and mainland lawyer practice certificates may act as representatives in mainland people's courts, determined based on the benchmark causes of action, namely the third-level causes of action, in the Provisions on the Causes of Action for Civil Cases amended by the Supreme People's Court on December 29, 2020, subject to any changes to the Provisions, is hereby announced as follows, in accordance with Article 4 of the Ministry of Justice's Measures for the Administration of Residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions Holding the Legal Profession Qualification of the Mainland and Engaging in Legal Practice in the Mainland: | | 为促进港澳居民律师更好融入国家发展大局，根据司法部《取得内地法律职业资格的香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区居民在内地从事律师职业管理办法》第四条的规定，现将取得内地法律职业资格并获得内地律师执业证书的香港、澳门居民可以在内地人民法院代理的涉港澳民事案件的范围（依据最高人民法院2020年12月29日修改的《民事案件案由规定》中的基准案由即第三级案由确定。如案由规定有变动，则依新规定执行）公告如下： |
