| On November 26, 2025, a mass fire broke out at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po District, Hong Kong, China, having resulted in significant casualties and property damage. For the purposes of thoroughly implementing the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and directing the banking and insurance industries to fully provide financial support services and conduct other work for the fire disaster in Tai Po, Hong Kong, you are hereby notified of the following matters: | | 2025年11月26日，我国香港大埔区宏福苑发生大火，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。为深入贯彻习近平总书记重要指示精神，指导银行业保险业全力做好香港大埔火灾的金融保障服务等工作，现将有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Improving the political stance and enhancing the sense of overall situation and the awareness of responsibility. | | 一、提高政治站位，增强大局意识和责任意识 |
| Hong Kong is inseparably linked to the Mainland. All entities shall profoundly understand the significance and urgency of effectively responding to the fire in Tai Po, Hong Kong at present, adhere to supremacy of the people and supremacy of life, enhance the sense of overall situation and the awareness of responsibility, and act swiftly and proactively. Under the unified command and dispatch of the Hong Kong and Macao Work Office of the CPC Central Committee, the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, all entities shall be guided in effectively assigning the primary responsibilities of institutions in Hong Kong, forming special working groups according to the actual needs, effectively implementing the work, and profoundly practicing the political nature and people-oriented nature of the financial work. | | 香港与内地血肉相连，各单位要深刻认识当前做好应对香港大埔火灾工作的重要性和紧迫性，坚持人民至上、生命至上，增强大局意识、责任意识，迅速行动，主动作为。要在中央港澳办、中央政府驻香港联络办和香港特区政府统一指挥调度下，指导本单位在港机构压实主体责任，根据实际需要成立专班，抓好工作落实，深刻践行金融工作的政治性、人民性。 |
