| Article 1 For the purposes of strengthening and regulating the public disclosure of oversight work information, safeguarding the lawful access of citizens, legal persons, and other organizations to oversight work information, and reinforcing supervision over oversight authorities, this Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China and in light of actual work. | | 第一条 为了加强和规范监察工作信息公开工作，保障公民、法人和其他组织依法获取监察工作信息，强化对监察机关的监督，根据《中华人民共和国监察法》，结合工作实际，制定本条例。 |
| Article 2 An oversight authority shall disclose oversight work information in accordance with laws and regulations and in a truthful, accurate, safe, standardized, efficient, and streamlined manner. | | 第二条 监察机关公开监察工作信息，应当坚持依法依规、真实准确、安全规范、高效便民。 |
| Article 3 An oversight authority shall establish and improve a sound working mechanism for the public disclosure of oversight work information, and its general office shall be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and guiding public disclosure of oversight work information. | | 第三条 监察机关应当建立健全科学完善的监察工作信息公开工作机制，由办公厅（室）负责统筹协调和督促指导本机关监察工作信息公开工作。 |
| Article 4 An oversight authority shall strengthen leadership over the public disclosure of oversight work information by lower oversight authorities, guide and supervise lower oversight authorities' public disclosure of oversight work information in accordance with the law, and correct and resolve identified problems in a timely manner. | | 第四条 上级监察机关应当加强对下级监察机关监察工作信息公开工作的领导，指导和督促下级监察机关依法公开监察工作信息，发现问题及时纠正解决。 |
| Article 5 An oversight authority that has prepared or obtained oversight work information shall generally be responsible for publicly disclosing such information. Important information that is of wide public concern or has a significant social impact may be publicly disclosed by a higher oversight authority. | | 第五条 监察工作信息公开主体一般为制作或者获取该信息的监察机关。对于人民群众广泛关注或者社会影响较大的重要信息，可以由上级监察机关发布。 |
| Article 6 An oversight commission at any level shall publicly disclose its oversight work information in a timely and proactive manner as follows: | | 第六条 各级监察委员会应当及时向社会主动公开本机关下列监察工作信息： |
| (1) Oversight laws and regulations and oversight normative documents required to be issued. | | （一）监察法规和需要公开发布的监察规范性文件； |
| (2) Its functions and structure, the setup of stationed or dispatched oversight authorities and oversight commissioners, its office address, and the duties, obligations, and rights of oversight officials. | | （二）机关职能，内设机构以及派驻或者派出监察机构、监察专员设置，办公地址，监察官的职责、义务和权利； |
| (3) Case opening and investigation information required to be publicly disclosed in accordance with the law, as well as guiding cases issued by the National Oversight Commission. | | （三）依法应当向社会公开的立案调查信息和国家监察委员会发布的指导性案例； |
| (4) The scope of acceptable reports and complaints, mailing addresses, reception times and addresses, telephone numbers for submitting reports, website addresses, and handling procedures, among others. | | （四）检举控告的受理范围、通信地址、来访接待时间和地址、举报电话号码、网站网址、处理程序等信息； |
| (5) The scope of acceptable review, reexamination, appeal review, and state compensation cases, application conditions and requirements, handling procedures, and time limits. | | （五）复审复核、申诉复查、国家赔偿案件的受理范围、申请条件及要求、办理程序及期限等信息； |
