| On April 8 and 9, 2022, the defendant Wu, when his residential compound was locked down during the COVID-19 containment period, released a short video on the Douyin app showing he could deliver daily life materials, and lied that he was able to buy and deliver vegetables and other daily life materials after adding the victims as WeChat friends. Being cheated, a dozen victims paid a total of more than 6,000 yuan to him through WeChat and Alipay. After that, Wu blacklisted the victims on WeChat or gave no reply. | | 2022年4月8日、9日，被告人吴某某在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间，且其居住小区已被封控管理的情况下，通过“抖音”APP发布可以配送生活物资的短视频，吸引被害人添加微信好友后，进一步谎称自己有能力代购并配送蔬菜等生活物资。十余名被害人受骗后通过微信、支付宝向其支付钱款共计人民币6000余元。嗣后，被告人吴某某将被害人的微信拉黑或不予回复。 |
| Wu confessed his crime after being arrested. During the investigation and prosecution period, he signed an affidavit of confession and acceptance of punishment and successively refunded 3,883 yuan in total to some victims, of which 254 yuan was returned before the crime was exposed.
