| The Supplemental Arrangement of the Supreme People's Court for the Mutual Enforcement of Arbitral Awards between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was adopted at the 1815th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on November 9, 2020, with an announcement on November 26, 2020 that: “Articles I and IV of this Judicial Interpretation shall come into force from November 27, 2020, and after the completion of the relevant procedures in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Supreme People's Court shall announce the effective date of Articles II and III thereof.” | | 《最高人民法院关于内地与香港特别行政区相互执行仲裁裁决的补充安排》于2020年11月9日由最高人民法院审判委员会第1815次会议通过，并于2020年11月26日公告：本司法解释第一条、第四条自2020年11月27日起施行，第二条、第三条在香港特别行政区完成有关程序后，由最高人民法院公布施行日期。 |
