| For the purposes of further optimizing the intellectual property (“IP”) innovation environment, meeting the needs of the general public and innovation entities for intellectual property data, facilitating public access to data, and enhancing the public service level of intellectual property, starting from July 15, 2021, the China National Intellectual Property Administration will make available ten additional types of basic IP data in the testing system for patent data services (hereinafter referred to as the “testing system”). | | 为进一步优化知识产权创新环境，满足社会公众及创新主体对知识产权数据的需求，提高社会公众获取数据的便利度，提升知识产权公共服务水平。自2021年7月15日起，国家知识产权局将在专利数据服务试验系统（下称“试验系统”）中增加开放10种知识产权基础数据。 |
