| In order to further regulate the information disclosure conduct of companies making initial public offerings listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”), the SZSE has revised the Guidelines of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Content and Format of the Announcement on the Listing of Stocks and renamed it the Guidelines No. 1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Stock Issuance and Underwriting Business—Content and Format of the Announcement on Listing on the Main Board, which are hereby issued and shall come into force on October 1, 2021. The Guidelines of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Content and Format of the Stock Listing Announcement (revised in December 2013) (No. 475 [2013], SZSE) issued by the SZSE on December 30, 2013 shall be repealed concurrently. | | 为进一步规范首次公开发行股票的公司在深圳证券交易所主板上市的信息披露行为，本所对《深圳证券交易所股票上市公告书内容与格式指引》进行了修订，并更名为《深圳证券交易所股票发行与承销业务指引第1号--主板上市公告书内容与格式》，现予以发布，自2021年10月1日起施行。本所于2013年12月30日发布的《深圳证券交易所股票上市公告书内容与格式指引（2013年12月修订）》（深证上〔2013〕475号）同时废止。 |
