Announcement of the National Judicial Examination Office of the Ministry of Justice
According tothe Measures for the Implementation of National Judicial Examination (for Trial Implementation) , Some Provisions on Taiwan Residents' Taking the National Judicial Examination (Order No. 110 of the Ministry of Justice) and the Announcement of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China (No.75), we hereby announce the specific matters on Taiwan residents' signing up for the 2008 National Judicial Examination as follows:

依据《国家司法考试实施办法（试行）》和《台湾居民参加国家司法考试若干规定》（司法部令第110号）及《中华人民共和国司法部公告》（第75号）的有关规定，现就台湾居民报名参加2008年国家司法考试的具体事项公告如下：

I. When, where, and how to sign up for the examination
The ways for Taiwan residents to sign up for the 2008 national judicial examination include preliminary online registration and on-site registration. The time for preliminary on-line registration is from June 11 to 25. Anyone who fails to make online registration may make on-site registration at a designated place.
| | 一、报名方式、时间与地点
2008年台湾居民参加国家司法考试的报名方式为：网上预报名和现场报名。网上预报名时间为6月11日至25日；未进行网上预报名的，也可以直接到报名点现场办理报名手续。

1. A Taiwan resident who works, studies or resides in the mainland may preliminarily sign up for the examination at the website of the Ministry of Justice (http://www.legalinfo.gov.cn) through the channels set for Taiwan residents within the said time limit, then handle the registration formalities at a designated place within the time limit for on-site registration as determined by the judicial administrative organ of the place of residence.
| | （一）在大陆工作、学习或者居住的台湾居民报名参加考试的，可以登录司法部网站（网址附后），在台湾居民预报名通道进行网上预报名；随后，按照居所地司法行政机关规定的报名时间，到指定的报名点现场办理报名手续。

2. A Taiwan resident who works, studies or resides in Hong Kong or Macao may preliminarily sign up for the examination at the website of the Ministry of Justice (http://www.legalinfo.gov.cn) through the channels set for Taiwan residents within the said time limit, then handle the registration formalities at a designated place within the time limit determined by the examination office of Hong Kong or Macao. See the Announcement of the National Judicial Examination Office on Specific Issues Concerning the Hong Kong and Macao Residents' Signing up for the 2008 National Judicial Examination for more information.
| | （二）在香港、澳门特别行政区工作、学习或者居住的台湾居民报名参加考试的，可以登录司法部网站在台湾居民预报名通道进行网上预报名；随后，按照香港或澳门考区承办考试组织工作的机构所确定的时间和地点，到报名现场办理报名手续。报考人员可阅读国家司法考试办公室对香港和澳门特别行政区居民报名参加2008年国家司法考试的具体事项公告，获取相关信息。

3. To make it convenient for Taiwan residents who resides in Taiwan or any foreign countries to sit for the examination in the mainland, the judicial administrative organ has set specially examination offices at Shenzhen Municipality of Guangdong Province and Xiamen City of Fujian Province to be in charge of the registration and examination work. Any person who wants to sit for the examination shall select one examination office, make preliminary online registration at the website of the Ministry of Justice through the channels set for Taiwan residents, and make on-site registration at the selected examination office.
．．．．．． | | （三）为方便居住在台湾岛内或外国的台湾居民来大陆报考，司法行政机关在广东省深圳市和福建省厦门市专门设立报考点，负责办理台湾居民的报名和考试工作。报考人员须自行选择和确定以上报考地点，登录司法部网站在台湾居民预报名通道进行网上预报名，并到指定的报名点现场办理报名手续。
广东省深圳市的现场报名时间是：7月5日至20日；地址：深圳市福田区景田路76号天平大厦四楼。
福建省厦门市的现场报名时间是：7月5日至20日；地址：厦门市金山西路1号（厦门市司法局办公大楼）202室。
