现将《人民法院司法警察安全检查规则》印发给你们，请认真组织学习、贯彻执行。执行中有何问题请及时报告我院。

Article 1 These Rules are formulated in accordance with the “Law of the People's Republic of China on People's Policemen”, the “Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Penalties for Public Security”, the “Court Rules of the People's Courts of the People's Republic of China” as well as other relevant laws and regulations so as to guarantee the normal carry-out of the trial activities of the people's courts, and to regulate the security checks conducted by judicial policemen of the people's courts.
| | 第一条 为保障人民法院审判活动的正常进行，规范人民法院司法警察的安全检查工作，根据《中华人民共和国人民警察法》、《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》、《中华人民共和国人民法院法庭规则》等法律、法规制定本规则。

Article 2 A security check is a service act conducted by the judicial policemen of the people's courts in light of the needs in trial work, for the purpose of legally preventing restricted articles, controlled articles, flammable or explosive articles, intensively corrosive articles and other hazardous articles from entering the trial place, and guaranteeing the personal safety of those who participate in the court proceedings, and the smoothness of the trial work, as well.
| | 第二条 安全检查是人民法院司法警察根据审判工作需要，依法防止限制物品、管制物品、易燃易爆物品、强腐蚀性物品等危险物品进入审判场所，保证参加庭审活动人员的人身安全和审判工作的顺利进行的职务行为。

Article 3 The trial tribunal of a people's court shall, in its security checks, persist in the principles of being strict, meticulous and good-mannered. The judicial police department of a people's court at any level shall take charge of the organization and carry-out of the security checks, and other relevant departments shall provide assistances in this regard.
When judicial policemen conduct a security check, they must be dressed in accordance with the provisions, be highly vigilant, and appear solemn and neat. A security check shall usually be conducted by no less than two judicial policemen, and more judicial policemen may be added in case of a large amount of work for the security check.
| | 第三条 人民法院审判法庭的安全检查工作应坚持严格、细致、文明的原则，由各级人民法院的司法警察部门负责组织实施，相关部门协助。
司法警察在执行安全检查时，必须按规定着装，高度警惕，警容严整，一般情况下不少于两个人，安全检查工作量大时应适当增加人员。

Article 4 The trial tribunal of a court at any level shall be equipped with a security check door, hand detectors for metal, cabinets for containing articles, and other necessary security check equipment. A conditioned court may be installed with X-ray detecting and check equipment.
A security check door shall generally be placed on the inner side of the only gate allowed for entry into the trial tribunal of the court, and a special access for security check shall be established. In front of the access, there shall be placed a board for informing the particulars subject to security check. The hand detectors may, as a supplementary means of test, be used for man-conducted tests in the event that an alarm is given when a person under check passes the security check door. The cabinets for containing articles shall be placed on the side of the security check door for temporary consignation of articles.
The security check equipment shall be kept by the special persons sent by the judicial police department, and shall be turned on for test before it is put into use, so as to ensure it be in good work conditions. The batteries in the hand detector shall be ensured to have sufficient electricity, and to be in good conditions, as well.
| | 第四条 各级法院审判法庭应配备安全检查门、手持金属探测器、物品柜等必要的安全检查设备，有条件的法院可配备X射线探测检查设备。
安全检查门一般放置于进入法院审判法庭必经大门内一侧，设立安全检查专门通道。通道前摆放安全检查告知事项牌。手持探测器作为补充检测手段，用于受检者通过安全检查门报警时进行人工检测。物品柜放置于安全检查门的一侧，以备暂时寄存物品。
安全检查设备由司法警察部门派专人保管，使用之前要开机检测，确保其处于良好工作状态；手持探测器应确保电池电量充足，状态良好。

Article 5 Two basic work positions shall be established at the time of security check: one is the position of guide, and the other is that of tester.
