Translation of the eighth set of guidingcases from the People’s Supreme Court now available
北大法宝已完成对最高人民法院第八批指导性案例的翻译工作。该批指导性案例共6篇，涉及危险驾驶罪、合同确认无效和执行复议等刑民事审判实务问题。
Chinalawinfo has completed the translationof the eighth set of guiding cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court. Theseventh set includes six civil and criminal cases covering such issues as the crimeof dangerous driving, the confirmation of invalidity of contracts and the enforcementof a reconsideration decision.
