The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) recently issued the Opinions on Supporting Reform and Innovation Regarding the Shenzhen Capital Market. The Opinions provide that the CSRC will support reform and innovation regarding the Shenzhen capital market, accelerate support to prior implementation and the Qianhai financial area pilot, support Qianhai to bring about innovative developments in the capital market and also may implement the supporting financial policies of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in Qianhai according to corresponding procedures.
