Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Environmental Protection jointly issued the Notice. The Notice launches a nationwide special inspection over price of environmental electricity, to strictly implement the policies relating to price of environmental electricity, and to ensure the accomplishment of the restricting indicators for energy conservation and emission reduction during the “12th Five-Year Plan”.
